Woodlands Bed & Breakfast Terms
The client is the person making the booking and is responsible for the booking conditions. Woodlands provides bed and breakfast accommodation at Coopers Hill, Alvechurch, B48 7BX.
Booking & Payment
A booking contract is made between Woodlands and the client. Deposits may be required to secure accommodation. Final settlement may be made by cash, debit card, credit card or cheque where accepted by the proprietors.
Confirmation
Once a reservation request and required deposit have been received, confirmation can be sent by email. Any errors in the booking details should be reported promptly.
Cancellation
Cancellations should be made in writing. Charges may apply depending on notice period and whether rooms can be re-let. Guests who do not arrive or fail to advise of delays may be treated as cancelled.
House Rules
- Bedrooms are non-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed in bedrooms.
- Guests are responsible for damage or breakages.
